Worship in the Park Sept 8 2024

Worship at Fox Run Park. No video, only audio of Pastor John preaching. The title of his message is "Dress Well." As we take our worship out of the sanctuary and into our community, we’re wondering what people imagine as they see us worshiping God. We’re curious what they hear in our scriptures and songs. We begin to see ourselves as others might see us and we wonder if we’re truly ready to welcome all whom Jesus might call. What might be required of us for anyone in Monument to feel safe finding Jesus in our midst? Scripture suggests that we might want to dress our best to be Christ’s Church! But a coat and tie won’t cut it. We need more than that.
