More than We Can Imagine. The man begging for alms received more than he could have imagined. We always receive more than we imagined, whenever ‘we look expectantly’ to Jesus. He always wants to do good, to provide evidence of the Trinity’s care and compassion. Like Peter and John, we’re invited to pray, “What this time, Jesus?” whenever we encounter someone. Peter shows us how to act with boldness in the Spirit once we sense what Jesus wants to do. These signs are evidence of Jesus’ presence he freely bestows.
